概述
LDC系列调速螺旋给料机由变频调速稳流给料绞刀（上管）、恒速定量给料绞刀（下管）组成。它结构合理、精度高、操作方便、功能齐全、既解决了倾斜性、流动性很好的物料（如粉煤灰）的“冲料”现象使其稳流，又达到定量给料的目的，是建材、冶金、化工、煤炭、电力等行业非粘结性粉状或细小粒状，固体物料进行动态连续定量给料的理想设备。
结构特点
u 稳流绞刀采用变频技术，速度调节范围宽；
u 稳流绞刀采用封闭式不等距螺旋，还可以视物料的流量和物理特性加长螺旋长度，克服 物料流动的不稳定性；
u 上、下螺旋可以根据工艺需要，以下管的进料口为中心进行0~ 360 °安装。
