17020 - 支气管痉挛传感器
支气管痉挛传感器是设计用于肺研究中(尤其是哮喘研究)支气管痉挛测试。从而提供给研究者评估药物诱导痉挛效应一个新的方法,而不必采用呼吸动力学的方式。该仪器主体是一空气流量计,配备一可调节压力阈值的进水阀。它可连接17400-数据记录仪或者其它数据记录设备,也可连接图标记录仪。整个设备是有机玻璃制成的封闭空间,有自身的供电和控制系统。
17020支气管痉挛传感器是诱导相反作用药物筛选的有效工具,例如,支气管扩张,组胺和缓激肽等拮抗药物的作用。值得注意的是,支气管痉挛测试一般是利用豚鼠进行的
