美标卸扣(又称为美式卸扣，高强度卸扣)本体采用45号钢，横销40Cr材质模锻而成。产品包括G-209，G-2130，G-210，G-2150，G-213和G-215六大系列。0.5T 1T 1.5T 2T 3.25T 4.75T 6.5T 8.5T 9.5T 12T 13.5T 17T 25T 35T 55T 85T 120T 150T 200T 共20多种规格。试验载荷为额定工作载荷的2倍，最小破断载荷均为额定工作载荷的4倍。对每一批次产品进行严格的抽样破断测试。进行磁粉探伤。表面处理:电镀锌、热镀锌、油漆。

扣体积更小，重量更轻，安全系数更高。工作环境要求零下40度和120度之间，不适于强碱强盐的环境长期使用。广泛用于机械、冶金、
电力、铁路、水利、港口、矿山、建筑、码头、造纸、化工等行业。G-213系列规格有：1/4、5/16、3/8、7/16、1/2、5/8、3/4、7/8、
1、1-1/8、1-1/4、1-3/8、1-1/2、1-3/4、2。

(also known as American shackles and high-strength shackles) are smaller, lighter and safer than our national standard
shackles。
The working environment requires between minus 40 degrees and 120 degrees, which is not suitable for long-term use in strong
alkali and salt environment。
It is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, electric power, railway, water conservancy, port, mine, construction, wharf,
papermaking, chemical industry and other industries。
The test load is 2 times of the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times of the rated working load。
Carry out strict sampling and breaking test for each batch of products。
Conduct magnetic particle inspection。
Surface treatment: electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing and painting。
