<P>全电动堆高机,半电动堆高机安全操作注意事项<BR>全电动堆高机<BR>电动堆高机进行装卸搬运操作时要注意事项有哪些？ <BR>1、电动堆高车工作时，禁止人员站在货叉上，或是货叉下降时，禁止人员站在货叉下面。 <BR>2、当搬运车靠近或是撤离物品时，车速应该缓慢平稳，禁止辗压物品，放置碎屑飞起伤人。 <BR>3、禁止用货叉举升人员从事高出作业，以免发生高出坠落事故。 <BR>4、禁止使用单叉作业。 <BR>5、货叉上油货物的时候，禁止高速行驶及转弯。<BR>6、货物的重量禁止超过搬运车的承载重量。<BR>8、禁止用制动惯性溜放物品。<BR>9、货物的高度禁止遮挡驾驶员的视线。<BR>10、禁止高速叉取货物和用叉头缶坚硬物体碰撞。<BR>半电动堆高机<BR>1.使用之前必须添加润滑油，检查机器液压缸里面的液压油是否在额定液位，蓄电池电量是否充足。<BR>2.操作过程步骤：打开电锁，指示器显示。向后拉阀门（开关）手柄、货叉则上升，向前推手柄则货叉下降，手柄下端装又自动复位弹簧，松开手柄则自动恢复到中间空挡位置。该叉车设计用于平坦且坚硬的路面使用，货物均布在货叉上方，货物长度不得超过货叉长度，宽度不得超过1米。载荷中心≤400mm，严禁承载超长、超宽、超重的货物。卸货过程，阀门推行应该缓慢，警惕货物倾斜摔坏。货物下降过程中严禁移动车身。为了安全起见，载货行进的时候速度应该缓慢，同时货叉高度应该在300mm高度之下。作业结束之后应该尽快将货物卸下，不允许将重物长时间悬于空中！<BR>3.本堆高车应该停放在不受雨、不受潮的地方，不能再下雨或者潮湿的环境中使用。严禁在斜坡上停放或作业。<BR>4.货叉起升或者下降的时候，严禁任何物、人触碰门架。<BR>5.在充电的时候，应该检查下蓄电池的电瓶液位置时候达标，不够应以蒸馏水加以补充。<BR>6.充电时周围环境应该干燥且通风良好，同时必须远离火苗。<BR>7.不使用时，货叉应该放到zui低点，关闭电源。<BR>工正牌磁性材料卡,磁性物料卡,双向磁性物料卡,翻转式磁性材料卡,货架标签卡,磁性库存卡,货架标牌,购买磁性材料卡,磁性材料卡制造商,磁性材料卡出口商,磁性材料卡厂,磁性材料卡025 8880 2469 季丰广</P>
