Introducing the FTS14 range of austenitic
Austenitic stainless steel is the material of choice for clean processes and sterilisation equipment within the
food, beverage, pharmaceutical and health care industries. Its properties make it particularly resistant to
corrosion or reactions of any sort, both internally and externally.
Regulations surrounding the production of food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and the production and use of
clean steam in hospitals, are growing.

The FTS14 is a 316 austenitic stainless steel float trap with an integral automatic air vent. It provides complete
condensate drainage and air removal to ensure process equipment operates to its maximum potential and
efficiency.
The FTS14 fully complies with the requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and
is suitable for all applications where a ball float steam trap is recommended and instantaneous removal of
condensate is required.
